parcel (property boundaries)
Request that property boundaries be release (w/o ARN or PIN) so the public can identify their property and see what features overlap their property. It would allow the public to easily access this information with higher costs. I.e. if I want to draw a site plan of my porch extension, property boundary would be helpful to denote the setbacks.

The City uses Ontario Parcel data, maintained by Teranet on behalf of the Registry Office and MPAC. Under the terms of the agreement for that data, we can’t release the data or “derivative products”.
For preparation of sketch maps to accompany applications, it may be useful to refer to the City’s public mapping website at http://maps.waterloo.ca. With the tools there, property boundaries can be displayed, and maps can be printed to a specified scale.
