    Here is another one of Dalton"s bankrupt ideas. Divide and conquer. Pit Townships and municipalities against each other to win the big prize. And it is working! Would Waterloo or Kitchener even be considering this fiasco-in-the-making had not Wilmot stuck her toe in the water? No. So let me get this straight: the mega casinos are going downhill, the racehorse based casinos are making money. What needs to be done is to build lots more and bigger casinos and pull the rug out from under the horse racing industry casinos. That our local governments cannot see through this cynical excercise concerns me. This is not Canadian Idol we are auditioning for here, but participating in a failing strategy Let's join the dots and scratch our heads and try to recollect what other self-serving strategies this government has burdened the taxpayer with recently. Or just pick one...
